The staff is so pleasant. The dental assistants are caring, nurturing, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The office is very welcoming. They have blankets, Bluetooth earphones for your phone, snacks, stress balls...caters to your comfort. Dr. Read is absolutely the best. Explains the entire process and confirms if you understand. He does an amazing job. He responds timely and appears to truly care about his patients. I highly recommend Elevated Endodontics. I explained to one of the front desk girls that I was in a lot of pain and needed to be seen Asap . The girl at the front desk said I'm sorry you are hurting, let me see what we can do, a minute later she comes back on and says we can do 10am. I said ok and I was there 40 minutes later. They squeezed me in for a last minute appointment, wow so impressed with the team at Elevated Endodontist. Dr MacDonald told me my two options, she could do there best to fix my first failed root canal (first failed was from, let's call them "not so comfortable dental") or get my tooth extracted. I chose to get it extracted and Dr MacDonald recommended Colorado Oral Surgery and they also got me in on the same day. Now I'm pain free!!
