Office Financial Policy
Payment Due at Time of Service
Payment is due at the time services are rendered for both evaluations and treatment.
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Appointment Types
Endodontic Evaluation (Consultation Only)
Your evaluation includes an exam, diagnostic testing, and a review of findings and treatment options. Payment is due at the time of your visit.
Treatment Visits
Treatment is typically completed in one visit. Payment is due at the time of service. We do not offer payment plans.
Patients Without Dental Insurance
Evaluation fees are due at the time of service. Treatment fees are due when treatment is completed (same day if completed in one visit).
Patients With Dental Insurance
As a courtesy, we will submit your insurance claim electronically. Insurance benefits are not guaranteed and are based on your plan. Any amount not paid by insurance is the patient’s responsibility.
If an insurance claim has not been paid within 90 days, the balance may be billed to the patient.
Refunds & Remaining Balances
If insurance pays more than estimated, we will issue a refund within 30 days of receiving payment. Refunds are returned to the original form of payment used for the visit.
If your insurance company does not reimburse after two claim submissions, you will be responsible for the remaining balance.
Financing Your Care
We believe getting out of pain shouldn’t be stressful. We accept most dental insurance plans and offer flexible payment options to help you move forward with care. If you don’t see your plan listed, please call our office—we’re happy to verify benefits and provide an estimate before your visit. This list is not exhaustive and coverage varies by plan.
We also accept CareCredit, Cherry, and HSA/FSA.
