After Treatment

We offer two appointment types:

Consultation Only
 Evaluation, imaging, diagnosis, and treatment options.

Consultation + Treatment
 Consultation and same-day treatment when appropriate.

CBCT (3D IMAGING)

  • A 3D CBCT scan is required for all cases to support an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.

  • You may bring or submit an existing CBCT, but we may still take our own to confirm the clearest, most current images.

  • Our goal is simple: a clear diagnosis and an honest plan you can feel confident about.

PAPERLESS PATIENT PORTAL

We are a paperless office. When your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email with a unique ID and password to access your Patient Portal.

In the portal, you can:

Complete registration + consent forms

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS

We require you to check in 20 minutes prior to your appointment to complete:

  • Registration forms

  • Consent forms

  • Review of your cost estimate

Cost estimates are sent to you before your appointment for review.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Referral
  • Insurance card (if applicable)
  • List of current medication
